I work at the meeting point of sales, marketing, and brand — translating what a business does into something a person can believe. The title changes; the work rarely does.
My conviction is simple: communication is the product. Most problems a company calls strategy are really problems of clarity. I help find the clear thing and say it plainly, then build the systems that carry it.
Away from the desk I keep a small collection of cars and a longer list of opinions about typography. Both are exercises in the same belief — that the things made without hurry are the ones that last.
